• Cooling-off period: Period during which the tenant may exercise the right of withdrawal.

• Landlord: Operator of Love in Light.
• Digital Content: Data produced and supplied in digital form.
• Durable Medium: Any medium allowing information to be stored and reproduced unchanged.
• Distance Contract: Agreement concluded via online or remote communication methods.
• Right of Withdrawal: Right to cancel within the applicable cooling-off period.

Applicability

These terms apply to every offer, reservation, purchase, and distance agreement concluded between Love in Light and its customers.

Prior to the conclusion of an agreement, these terms shall be made available electronically or upon request.

The Offer

Any offer made by Love in Light contains a complete and accurate description of the services, products, and digital content offered.

Images used on the website are intended to represent actual services and experiences as accurately as possible.

The Agreement

The agreement becomes effective once the customer accepts the offer and fulfills the stated conditions.

Electronic reservations will receive a confirmation email once successfully processed.

Love in Light takes appropriate technical and organizational measures to secure electronic communications and payment transactions.

Gift Card Revocation

Gift card purchases may be cancelled within a cooling-off period of two (2) days after purchase without stating a reason.

The cooling-off period begins the day after the gift card has been received.

Reservation Cancellations

Reservations may be cancelled through the reservation management system or through the cancellation links provided in booking emails and SMS notifications.

Once confirmed, cancellations are processed immediately and become final.

Cancellation fees and rescheduling conditions depend on the applicable cancellation policy in effect at the time of booking.

Exercise of the Right of Withdrawal

To cancel a gift card purchase during the cooling-off period, customers must notify us via:

Reservation cancellations may also be communicated via the same email address. The date and time of receipt determine the applicable cancellation conditions.

Obligations of Love in Light

When a cancellation or withdrawal request is received, an acknowledgment of receipt will be sent electronically.

Refunds will be processed using the same payment method originally used unless otherwise agreed.

If a booking is rescheduled, additional charges or refunds may apply depending on availability and pricing differences.

Pricing

Prices displayed on the website include applicable VAT unless stated otherwise.

Price changes resulting from legal requirements or tax adjustments may occur where permitted by law.

Promotional offers remain valid only during the period stated.

Payment

Reservations require a 50% deposit unless otherwise specified.

Gift cards must be paid in full before issuance.

Customers are responsible for reporting incorrect payment information immediately.

Complaints Procedure

Complaints should be submitted as soon as reasonably possible after discovering the issue.

Additional Provisions

All agreements between Love in Light and its customers are governed exclusively by Dutch law.

Online reservations may be processed through approved third-party booking providers acting on behalf of Love in Light.
